Event Management (up to 12 hours)
With two dedicated coordinators on-site, your wedding day is fully supported. One coordinator focuses on the couple and bridal party, while the second handles vendors, DIY setup, and guest guidance, ensuring every detail is executed effortlessly.
Pre-Wedding Consultation & Site Visit
Two to three personalized meetings (in-person or virtual) to confirm logistics, vendor details, and final layout.
A pre-wedding site walkthrough (2 - hours) to ensure everything is aligned and ready for your day.
Comprehensive Timeline & Planning
A deep dive into your wedding plans to ensure nothing is missed. We build a comprehensive schedule and execution plan that reflects your vision and priorities , filling in gaps and integrating vendor schedules, so everyone—from your family to your photographer—knows where to be and when.Detailed floor plan review and coordination with your venue for a smooth, practical setup.
Vendor & Photographer Coordination
We connect directly with your vendor team to align on timing, roles, and expectations.. Confirming arrival times, services, and any special instructions. Liaison with photographers and videographers to ensure every must-have shot is captured. Proactive cueing for key moments: first look, ceremony transitions, cocktail hour, and reception highlights.
Ceremony & Reception Coordination
From cueing the processional to coordinating speeches, meals, and dances, coordinators ensure each formal moment happens elegantly and on schedule
Photography & Key Moment Management
Family and group photos are organized efficiently. Coordinators support photographers and other vendors to capture every essential moment without delays.
Wedding Party & Guest Support
On your wedding day, your coordinator helps guide the bridal party and family for photos, assists with seating arrangements, distributes bouquets, corsages, and favors, and ensures key items like rings, vows, and your marriage license are always accessible. Guiding guests throughout the day between multiple locations.
Décor Setup & Styling
From escort cards to table numbers, menus, ceremony programs, and all special touches, your coordinator ensures every detail is placed thoughtfully. Necessary adjustments, movements of floral arrangements, or staging items are handled discreetly so your décor looks exactly as you envisioned.
Payment & Gift Assistance
Collection and discreet delivery of final vendor payments and gratuities. Monitoring gifts, card boxes, and personal items to ensure nothing is overlooked.
Emergency Kit & Essentials
Access to an emergency kit for you and your bridal party, along with proactive management of any last-minute changes so you can fully enjoy your day without worry.
Final Vendor & Venue Logistics Management
All final details are confirmed before your wedding day. This includes gathering essential logistical information from the venue — such as loading instructions, parking, insurance requirements, and venue-specific rules — and sharing them with your vendors so everyone arrives fully prepared.
Post-Ceremony Décor Removal & Organization
After your celebration, your coordinator manages the careful packing, removal, and loading of décor items, ensuring your belongings are organized and ready for pickup or delivery.
Music & Event Flow Oversight
Your coordinator confirms timing for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, with your DJ and Emcee — from first dance to speeches — to ensure the team coordinate smoothlys, keeping your celebration flowing naturally.
Ongoing Support
Unlimited email support to offer guidance and reassurance every step of the way to keep you confident and relaxed.
Ceremony Rehearsal Support (1 hour)
Optional add on $350. Your coordinator attends your ceremony rehearsal, guiding your bridal party, family, and key participants to ensure everyone knows their role and the day runs flawlessly.
Optional Upgrade for Multi-Day South Asian Weddings:
Add one additional coordinator for $1,200 (includes 2 extra hours) to cover extended ceremonies, receptions, and events. Ensures flawless execution across multiple events, larger guest counts, and complex vendor logistics.

Additional Coordinators: This package includes (2) Two event coordinators. Additional coordinators are required for large or complex weddings, including South Asian or multicultural events, nontraditional venues, or spaces requiring extra setup. Service and fees will be determined by your Lead Coordinator.

Holiday Weddings: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, and New Year’s Eve/Day incur a 25% holiday fee. Paid-in-full discounts do not apply.

Booking Policy: Weddings booked within 30 days of the event require full payment upfront. Paid-in-full discounts are not available for these bookings.

Scope & Safety: Coordinators focus on logistics, vendor management, and timeline execution. For liability purposes, they do not serve food or drinks, bus tables, hang décor requiring ladders, or move heavy equipment.

Travel & Expenses: This package can be applied worldwide. Travel, accommodations, and related expenses are additional and will be quoted per event.
