This is our most comprehensive partnership, designed for the couple who wants an elite, stress-free experience for their multi-event celebration.

Customized Partial Planning

The Collaborative Experience — $10,500

This is designed for the couple who has the venue and a few key vendors secured, but wants a professional partner to take over the heavy lifting. We step in to refine the design, manage the remaining logistics, and ensure every detail is perfectly synchronized.

Vendor Curation: We help you source and manage the final pieces of your dream team.
Design Refinement: We take your vision and turn it into a cohesive, professional floor plan and aesthetic guide.
Master Logistics: We build your production schedule and take over vendor communication 6 months out.
On-Site Management: Complete execution of your wedding day so you can be fully present.

Wedding Management (Day-of Coordination)

The "Final Countdown" — $5,500

You have done the incredible work of planning your wedding—now it’s time to actually attend it. We step in 90 days before your date to ensure your hard work is executed to perfection.

The 90-Day Prep: We conduct a deep-dive "prep" meeting to gather all your vendor details, contracts, and vision notes.
Vendor Takeover: We become the primary point of contact for all vendors two months out, so you can stop answering emails and start celebrating.
The Master Timeline: We create a minute-by-minute execution plan for the wedding day, from hair and makeup to the final grand exit.
On-Site Execution: We handle setup, cues, and any "behind-the-scenes" fires.
Peace of Mind: We are the first to arrive and the last to leave, ensuring you and your family are guests of honor, not event staff.

We manage your external vendor team, oversee the design aesthetic across all spaces, and ensure your traditions are seamlessly integrated, allowing the venue staff and our team to work in perfect harmony for your benefit.
