Two Days, Two Cultures, One Epic Love Story: Gloria & Victor’s Wedding Celebration

ree

Gloria and Victor’s love story started over video games and K-pop—and their wedding was just as unique and vibrant as they are. Celebrating their Guyanese Hindu and Nigerian roots, they crafted a two-day wedding full of heart, culture, and joy.

Day One was an intimate ceremony at Gloria’s parents’ home, made extra special as Gloria’s siblings officiated. The ceremony blended Hindu traditions with lively Nigerian customs, complete with beautiful henna art and classic tassa drumming that got everyone smiling and dancing.

Day Two brought a classic Christian ceremony with Gloria glowing in a white dress, followed by a festive reception at The Rockleigh. Guests feasted on delicious food from Olaide’s Kitchen, danced to beats from DJ Platinum Roadshow, and enjoyed live performances from Mystical Entertainment—all capped off with a gorgeous cake by A Little Cake.

With thoughtful touches like comfortable hotel stays at Hilton Pearl River and easy shuttles by Ramstar, every detail helped friends and family enjoy the weekend to the fullest.

Gloria and Victor’s wedding proves that when two cultures, shared passions, and lots of love come together, the result is nothing short of unforgettable.
